Chili's is seeking Kitchen Team Members to join our Heart of House in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will learn and execute all recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean, and follow safety and sanitation policies while ensuring orders flow smoothly from the kitchen.

We value friendly, warm team players who can think quickly and work well under pressure. Prior food and beverage service experience is preferred, with growth opportunities and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with slicers, mixers, grinders, and prep equipment.
