Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
• Able to follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain line cook stations.
• Prepare food items following recipes and presentation standards.
• Restock and organize station during shift.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.
