• Food handler permit required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Safe knife handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up cook stations.
• Prepare food items by following Gold Standard recipes and presentation specifications.
• Restock, clean and maintain cook station items during the shift.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
