Qualifications

• Experience in line cook role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain safe food temperatures and sanitation.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Label, date, and rotate food products per standards.
• Assist kitchen operations through prep, stocking, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with culinary team to deliver guest experiences.
• Maintain positive attitude during high-volume service.
