Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking a Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team in Midtown Manhattan. You will cook, prepare, and garnish quality food while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following sanitation procedures.

You’ll review the production schedule at shift start to ensure ingredients are stocked and ready. The ideal candidate has at least two years of culinary experience in a high-end hotel setting, can communicate clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing

You’ll spend your time cooking, preparing, and garnishing quality food product. This position is instrumental in maintaining a clean, organized, and harmonious kitchen.You’ll follow kitchen safety procedures at all times as well as sanitation procedures. You will operate, maintain and clean all equipment. You will play a key role setting up stations including but not limited to utensils, equipment, etc. Receiving and storing food according to standards as well as ensuring all product is rotated and items are stored at proper temperature is imperative for the operation.You’ll also play a key part reviewing production schedule at the beginning each shift to ensure all items necessary for preparation are stocked as well as maintaining cleanliness continually of the kitchen area.Every interaction becomes a chance to take initiative to offer assistance throughout the property, whether you’re participating in a sound check meeting or coordinating culinary operations, Your goal is simple: help create an environment where guests feel welcomed, coworkers acknowledged and continue to strengthen our incredible culture. You’re comfortable reading instructions, performing basic math, and speaking confidently with coworkers and management. If you speak additional languages beyond English, even better! You understand the rhythm of lifestyle hotels and premium dining, and you’re ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is at its most vibrant.This role is active and hands‑on. You’ll spend a good portion of your shift walking, carrying, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in environments that may be warm, cool, loud, or busy. Manual dexterity and strong hand‑eye coordination will help you manage trays, utensils, and service items with ease.
