Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team in Midtown Manhattan. You will deliver prompt and engaging beverage service, take orders, and ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates will have four or more years of bartending experience in luxury hotels, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

You’ll spend your time providing prompt and courteous service to all bar guests, including taking orders, suggestive selling, preparing and serving beverages, and the clearing/setting of the bar top and tables. You will play a key role in fostering a high‐energy environment driven by passion for excellence. This includes delivering fast, accurate service while maintaining a friendly, engaging presence with guests seated at the bar. You are expected to execute all responsibilities with professionalism, precision, and a consistent focus on creating an exceptional guest experience.Each interaction presents an opportunity to deliver a memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and establishing genuine connections.**WHAT YOU WILL ROCK**To thrive here, you bring at least four years of prior experience, ideally within a four‐ or five‐star hotel environment, along with the ability to communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and approach every situation with tact and professionalism.You’re comfortable reconciling transactions at the end of each shift, cash out, and maintain a balanced bank. You ensure sequence of service is followed for all guests. You accommodate guests’ special requests whenever possible. You process payments according to POS and cash handling procedures and ensure all checks are closed out timely. If you speak additional languages beyond English, even better! You understand the rhythm of lifestyle hotels and you’re ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is at its most vibrant.This role is active and hands‐on. You’ll spend a good portion of your shift working with guests and with your team, assisting your coworkers as needed to complete the required activities and deliver amplified service.
