About the Cook position

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our company. You will be required to prepare all the necessary ingredients and equipment for cooking. You are also expected to cook various kinds of meals to meet customer satisfaction.

Cook responsibilities are:

1. Setting up workstation with the necessary equipment
2. Prepping minor ingredients to use for cooking
3. Utilizing different equipment (cooker, grill, etc.)
4. Monitoring stock/inventory
5. Preparing exquisite dishes
6. Ensuring that the working environment is properly sanitized
7. Ensuring meals are prepared properly
8. Following all recipes.

Cook requirements are:

1. Experience as a Cook for at least 2 years
2. Familiarity with cooking utensils
3. Familiarity with different kinds of cooking procedures
4. Good communication skills
5. Excellent team player
6. High school diploma
7. Food Handler's card required for San Bernardino County
8. Ability to clean, stock, and stand for long hours
9. Banquet service experience is a plus
10. Must have experience in a commercial kitchen preparing food
