SHIFT HOURS: 6AM - 2:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY + EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner.
- 2 years full-service restaurant experience (Healthcare preferred)
- Prep and line experience required
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Southminster is open year round, which will require availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in quality food production and training in food service.
- Previous formal or on the job training in food storage, preparation, cooking and estimating quantities of food.
