Job summary

Chili's is seeking team members to support the Heart of House by learning and executing our recipe procedures, keeping the kitchen clean, and maintaining safety policies. You will communicate ticket times and help keep food orders flowing while contributing to a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, warm demeanor and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced setting; prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, with opportunities for growth and flexible

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen

• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
