Job summary

Chili's is seeking Kitchen Team Members to help keep the pace of a great shift and deliver dependable, fast service in a busy kitchen in Springfield. You will learn and execute recipes, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety policies while supporting a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate teamwork, and can operate kitchen equipment like slicers and mixers. Flexible part-time or full-time options are available to fit your schedule.

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!
