Bavette's Bar & Boeuf, part of Hogsalt, is seeking dedicated and experienced Full Time Line Cooks ($21-$24/hour) to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
  • Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and stooping.
  • Ability to stay positive and productive in hot or cold work environments.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock station with necessary supplies, maintaining proper inventory control.
  • Cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team according to Hogsalt recipes, ensuring food quality and timely service.
  • Maintain clear communication and understanding of call-backs for menu items, keeping dialogue open and relevant to service.
  • Follow instructions from Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or other leadership.
  • Clean and break down station at end of shift, meeting food handling and storage standards.
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are always met.
  • Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with coworkers, leadership, vendors, and guests.
