Position Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare food as directed, season and cook using recipes and personal judgment.
  • Present dishes with appropriate quality.
  • Estimate food consumption based on trends.
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and store food properly.
  • Organize kitchen storage and equipment.
  • Assist in menu planning considering costs and special events.
  • Supervise kitchen staff as directed.
