Position Summary
A Line Cook prepares hot and cold meals according to recipes and menus, monitors portions, manages inventories, and maintains a sanitary kitchen environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all kitchen surfaces are safe and sanitary.
- Prepare food as directed, season and cook using recipes and personal judgment.
- Present dishes with appropriate quality.
- Estimate food consumption based on trends.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and store food properly.
- Organize kitchen storage and equipment.
- Assist in menu planning considering costs and special events.
- Supervise kitchen staff as directed.
