Located in the new expansion of Westfield Topanga, Topanga Social offers a vibrant space for dining, drinking, and socializing. The venue features over 50,000 square feet of flexible space with indoor and outdoor options, including a collection of diverse eateries curated to appeal to all tastes.

Position

The Line Cook prepares food to ensure proper flavor and presentation, adhering to all safety and quality standards. Reports to Lead Line Cooks, Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef.

Essential Functions

• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and standards.
• Serve meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning and record keeping.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
