The Line Cook position is responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with company quality and service standards. This role involves coordinating orders to ensure timely and accurate preparation. Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients, maintaining appropriate food temperatures, especially for hot items. The Line Cook must adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and report directly to the BOH Manager or Manager on Duty.
