Ale Emporium Fishers is seeking a Line Cook/Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen. You will use high-quality ingredients to prepare meals that wow our guests. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to excellent patron experiences.

If you love fast-paced service and great food, we want to hear from you. Set up the kitchen, prepare and present dishes, manage inventory, and follow food safety rules daily.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
