Job summary

SSP America in Portland is seeking a Line Cook to join our airport dining team. You will prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, ensure quality and presentation, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required. The role offers $24.00 per hour, full-time hours, full benefits, set schedules, and growth opportunities in a supportive, inclusive workplace at Portland International Airport.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant environment.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Open work availability.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
