Freedom Square of Seminole, a Life Care Services community in Seminole, FL, is seeking energetic line cooks to join our Community Culinary Services team. You will provide full scope, hands-on production cooking, adhere to quality standards, and support serving meals in a fast-paced senior living environment.

We value customer service, accuracy, and teamwork. Candidates should have at least one year in restaurant or senior living cooking and be able to follow recipes and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
• Ability to understand measurements and conversions.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance.
• Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times.
• Assist with serving of meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Produce and serve menu cycle programs that are compliant with required criteria, as required by local regulations and correctly prepare diets provided per policy and procedure.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
