Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout service.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Keep your station and work areas clean and organized.
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with prep, closing duties, and other kitchen responsibilities as needed.
