The ideal candidate has prior food industry experience and a passion for cooking. You will collaborate with kitchen staff during service hours and contribute to a positive, efficient kitchen

Qualificações

• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and dietary options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and kitchen protocols.
