• Experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and standards; showcase plating and presentation.
• Maintain temperature charts and food safety records; follow sanitation protocols.
• Notify Chef of inventory needs and participate in kitchen operations.
• Uphold Civitas standards in personal grooming and kitchen hygiene.
• Assist in organizing kitchen, food storage, dish room and related areas; foster collaboration.
• Ensure first-in, first-out rotation and proper dating for freshness.
• Assist Chef Manager/F&B Director to improve kitchen efficiency and training.
• Follow all sanitation and safety policies and regulatory requirements.
