Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or one-year related experience.
- Ability to communicate professionally with team.
- Punctual and reliable transportation.
- Experience in hotel/restaurant/health care facility preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare three daily meals according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain sanitary handling and clean preparation area.
- Prepare and serve required portions and manage leftovers.
- Collaborate with culinary team to use various cooking techniques.
- Report to the Executive Chef and keep station organized.
