Job summary

William Chris Wine Company’s WCV-Main St. location in downtown Fredericksburg seeks a Line Cook to help build a hospitality program centered on thoughtful moments and wine pairings.

With 1–2 years cooking experience, you’ll ensure quality ingredients, assist with kitchen setup and plating, and contribute to events, in a fast-paced environment that values craft.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cooking experience
• Knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
• Able to work with minimal supervision and training

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
• Kitchen setup and breakdown.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
• Prepare food including cleaning and cutting ingredients; plate according to guidance.
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen, utensils, and storing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation; support events and wine pairings.
