The Mercury in Dallas, TX is hiring a Cook to prepare and plate hot food items with attention to brand standards and presentation. The role involves portioning ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Ideal candidates have 18+ and some kitchen experience; authorized to work in the U.S. The position offers flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced restaurant group.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Some experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred, but willingness to learn necessary skills.

Responsabilidades

• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Knows and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Stocks and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
