• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, menus, and supervisor instructions.

• Operate station checklists and temperature logs as required.
• Inform leadership of future supply and equipment needs.
• Monitor expenses and help control meal costs.
• Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and inventory.
• Wash dishes and sanitize surfaces.
• Remove trash and maintain clean dining and kitchen areas.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
