Job summary

Tria Restaurant & Event Center in North Oaks, MN is hiring immediately for a Line Cook. This part-time role involves preparing and cooking items per recipes, maintaining kitchen setup and sanitation, and supporting the dining team during busy periods.

Qualifications include food safety certification or ability to obtain within 30 days, menu knowledge, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs, and flexibility for shifts. 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Food safety certified or the ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to learn restaurant menus and recipes.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plates prepared foods based on chefs guidance.
• Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc. as needed.
• Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
