Job summary

ZMC Hotels in Fort Wayne seeks a Line Cook to mentor and collaborate with apprentices and senior staff, handling daily preparation and production for the hotel's dining outlet.

You will follow F&B procedures, health regulations, and standard recipes while ensuring fresh ingredients, portion control, and a respectful, cooperative kitchen environment. Full-time role with benefits available.

• Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time.

• The Line Cook must have knowledge of all cooking and preparation equipment
• Basic cooking skills, IE: Séautéing, Broiling, Frying, Roasting, Butchery, Garde Manger, Pantry, Breakfast Cookery, etc.
