Pay Range

This range is provided by Pure Taqueria Franchising USA, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Position Overview

A PURE taqueria Line Cook is responsible for executing all recipes according to PURE standards. The role requires being a team player, helping wherever needed to ensure guests receive excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Execute all assignments efficiently, safely, and according to PURE standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
  • Comply with portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or KMOD.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests.
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Fill in as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Accurately clock in and out per schedule.
  • Prepare food carefully to minimize waste.
  • Properly handle and clean utensils and dishware.
  • Keep the work area clean and address spills immediately.
  • Work as a team with BOH staff and assist others when possible.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Show respect and courtesy to all team members.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with 6 months as a line cook.
  • Effective communication skills with team members and managers.
  • Physical ability to lift, reach, bend, and stand for up to 10 hours.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
