RPM Steak is hiring Line Cooks to join a chef-driven, contemporary fine dining team in Chicago. Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items, ensuring quality and consistency across service.

Qualifications

• Line cooks are responsible for preparing, producing and presenting menu items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Safely use and operate knives and all required tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively to follow job requirements in written and spoken directions.
• Multitask calmly under pressure and move safely through the kitchen.
