Job responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and execute menu items to specification
• Basic knife skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• May rotate through dishwashing shifts as needed
• Stand for extended 8+ hour shifts
• Maintain proper food safety and personal hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively and follow direction in a fast-paced environment
