Rusty Rail Brewing Company is seeking a motivated Kitchen Utility to join our culinary team. This role offers opportunities to learn prep cooking, line cooking, expo, food truck service, and general kitchen support in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist in various kitchen areas, maintain food safety standards, and work collaboratively with teammates across stations to deliver quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Rusty Rail Brewing Company is seeking motivated and dependent Kitchen Utilityto join our growing culinary team. We're looking for individuals who are willing to learn multiple areas of our food operation, including prep cooking, line cooking, food truck service, expo, and general kitchen support.

What You'll Do

Depending on business needs and your experience, you may assist in several areas of the kitchen operation:

• Prepare food items according to recipes and company standards
• Assist with food prep and station setup
• Work on the line during service periods
• Support food truck operations and events
• Coordinate orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, and workstations
• Restock ingredients, food products, and supplies throughout shifts

Schedule

• Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
• 30-39 hours per week available
• Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Flexible scheduling

Compensation

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
