Job summary

McMenamins Six Arms Pub in Seattle, WA is seeking a Line Cook. You will handle opening through closing tasks, preparing and presenting hot and cold dishes, from salads to pizzas, while maintaining a clean, organized workstation. Team collaboration and safe work practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a current food handler card.
• Previous cooking experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays; weekend availability required.
• Ability to work in a busy, customer-service oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle tasks from opening to closing of the kitchen.
• Prepare and present all hot and cold food items (salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, specials, sauté & grill).
• Stay organized and clean in the work area; work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to management.
