Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a part-time Broil Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for high-volume steak preparation, ensuring correct temperatures, seasoning and grilling according to orders.

Applicants should have experience with safety and sanitation guidelines and be comfortable following prep sheets. Teamwork and reliability are essential to keep service smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Broil Cook responsibilities include cooking steaks to correct temperatures.
• Seasoning, searing and grilling meat to order.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and use equipment correctly.
• Work as a team with other kitchen staff.
• Adhere to prep sheets and maintain proper station setup.
