Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Broil Cook to join our kitchen team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on grilling and broiling steaks to precise temperatures while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand cooking steak temperatures and target doneness.
• Experience with meat seasoning, searing, and cooking for quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and broil steaks to proper temperatures while maintaining high-volume throughput.
• Use proper safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Operate and maintain grill equipment and prep sheets.
• Exhibit strong teamwork and clear communication with kitchen staff.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all broiled dishes.
