Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is hiring a Broil Cook to join our kitchen team. You will work in a high-volume environment, preparing steaks to requested temperatures, seasoning, searing, and grilling with precision while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High volume restaurant experience required.
• Understand cooking steak temperatures and doneness.
• Seasoning, searing and grilling meat to spec.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Read and follow equipment and prep sheets.
• Work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Broil cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Prepare steaks to requested temperatures and specifications.
• Season, sear, and grill meat as directed.
• Maintain safe, sanitary work area and procedures.
• Operate and understand kitchen equipment and prep sheets.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service.
