Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness.
• Proficiency in meat seasoning, searing and grilling.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to read and follow prep sheets and station setup.
• Strong team collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare steaks to spec using proper temperatures and timing.
• Season meat, sear and grill to desired doneness.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the grill area.
• Follow prep sheets and station setup instructions.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with maintaining portion control and waste reduction.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic kitchen culture.
