Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook to join our team and help deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service. You will work in a high-volume kitchen, prepare steaks to proper temperatures, season, sear, and grill to specification, while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Restaurant grilling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare steaks to requested temperatures and sear/grill meat.
• Apply proper seasoning and cooking methods.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work as part of a team in a high-volume restaurant.
• Understand prep sheets and kitchen equipment usage.

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include
