Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. The role focuses on steak temperatures, proper seasoning, searing and grilling to deliver the Legendary Food our guests expect.

Responsibilities

• High volume restaurant responsibilities and throughput.
• Ensure proper steak temperatures are achieved consistently.
• Season, sear, and cook meat to order.
• Season, sear, and grill as required.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow equipment usage and prep sheets.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Pay

$16.90 - $20.50 per hour

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include
