Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Broil Cook to manage high-volume cooking and steak preparation with a focus on proper temperatures, seasoning, searing, and grilling.

You will follow safety guidelines, understand prep sheets, and work closely with the team to deliver consistent, quality steaks in a fast-paced environment with supportive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures.
• Experience with meat seasoning, searing and cooking.
• Familiar with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets.
• Strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to the requested temperatures.
• Season, sear and grill meat.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Adhere to equipment and prep sheets.
• Exhibit teamwork in a high-volume kitchen.
• Support other kitchen stations as needed.
