Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook to join our team in Cedar Falls, IA. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, focusing on steak temperatures, seasoning, searing, and cooking to perfection.

• High volume restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to requested temperatures with consistency.
• Season, sear and grill meat according to specs.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Understand equipment and prep sheets and execute tasks accordingly.
• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure smooth service.
