Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Louisville is seeking a Broil Cook to join our people-first team. The role focuses on high-volume steak preparation, seasoning, searing, and cooking to order, while following safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare steaks to order with proper temperatures and seasoning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the broil station
• Monitor food quality and portion control during service
• Follow safety procedures and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist teammates to ensure fast, friendly guest service

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour

As a Broil Cook your responsibilities would include:

• High volume restaurant experience
• Understand cooking steak temperatures
• Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking
• Meat seasoning, searing, and grilling
• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
