Texas Roadhouse in Homestead, FL is hiring a Broil Cook to join our people-first team. You will work in a high-volume kitchen, master steak temperatures, and handle seasoning, searing, and grilling to meet our legendary standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume cooking with emphasis on steak temperatures.
• Season, sear, and cook meat to spec.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Understand equipment and prep sheets for consistent output.
• Work collaboratively with team to ensure timely service.
• Contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment.
