Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness.
• Seasoning, searing, and cooking meat to specification.
• Experience with meat prep and grilling.
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook steaks to proper temperatures and specifications.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Season, sear, and grill meat with consistent quality.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while coordinating with team.
• Follow prep sheets and equipment usage protocols.
• Demonstrate teamwork and assist teammates as needed.
