Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is hiring a Broil Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen where high-volume steak preparation is essential. You will learn and apply our standards for steak temperatures, seasoning, searing, and grilling while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High volume restaurant experience
• Understand cooking steak temperatures
• Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking
• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines

• Exhibiting teamwork

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to correct temperatures with proper seasoning.
• Prepare meat, sear and grill as required.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in all kitchen tasks.
• Interpret prep sheets and operate kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
