Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook to join our team. This role focuses on high-volume steak preparation, precise temperature control, proper seasoning, searing, and grilling to deliver consistent quality. You will follow strict safety guidelines and use prep sheets to ensure efficient operations.

You will work closely with teammates to maintain a fast, friendly service mindset and uphold our legendary food and service standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant experience required.
• Understand cooking steak temperatures and doneness levels.
• Experience seasoning, searing and grilling meat.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Be familiar with prep sheets and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and grill steaks to specified temperatures in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain proper seasoning, searing, and cooking techniques.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely food preparation.
• Understand equipment operation and prep sheet requirements.
