Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is hiring a Broil Cook in Danbury, CT. You will bring high-volume restaurant experience to our kitchen, understand steak temperatures, and apply seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques. You’ll work with the team to ensure safety, quality, and timely service, with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High volume restaurant experience required.
• Understand cooking steak temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook broiled steaks to requested temperatures.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Season, sear, grill and present steaks per recipes.
• Follow prep sheets and use equipment correctly.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service.

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour

As a Broil Cook your responsibilities would include:

• High volume restaurant experience
• Understand cooking steak temperatures
• Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking
• Meat seasoning, searing, and grilling
• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
