Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook to join our high-volume kitchen and help deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

In this role you will season, sear, and grill steaks to proper temperatures, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and work closely with the team using prep sheets and equipment.

We offer weekly pay and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness.
• Skills in meat seasoning, searing and grilling.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour

As a Broil Cook your responsibilities would include:

• High volume restaurant experience
• Understand cooking steak temperatures
• Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking
• Meat seasoning, searing, and grilling
• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
