Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Cincinnati is seeking a Broil Cook to join our people-first kitchen. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on steak preparation, temperatures, seasoning, searing, and grilling.

You will follow safety and sanitation guidelines, read prep sheets, and contribute to a teamwork-driven service that delivers Legendary Food and Legendary Service every day. Roadies are paid weekly with a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness expectations.
• Complies with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare steaks with proper seasoning and technique.
• Maintain consistent doneness and temperature checks.
• Season, sear, and grill meats according to spec sheets.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Understand equipment and prep sheets for service.
• Exhibit teamwork to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of station.

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include

• High volume restaurant experience

• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
