Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook to join our team. This role focuses on high-volume steak preparation, seasoning, searing, and grilling, while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to proper temperatures using correct methods.

• Maintain safe and sanitary guidelines in the kitchen.
• Follow prep sheets and operate kitchen equipment as directed.
• Exhibit teamwork and support other cooks during busy periods.
• Work in a high-volume restaurant environment.
