Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Ability to cook steak to desired temperatures.
• Skilled in meat seasoning, searing and cooking.
• Proficient in grilling and proper meat handling techniques.
• Adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Familiarity with prep sheets and kitchen equipment.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare steaks to correct temperatures and cut specifications.
• Maintain high quality and consistency during peak hours.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Operate grill, broiler and related equipment safely.
• Assist with plate presentation and portion control.
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth service.
• Support fellow cooks to meet kitchen goals.

Pay

$16.90 - $20.50 per hour

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include
