Bold Rock in Mills River, NC is seeking a Line Cook to join our craft kitchen team. You will accurately and efficiently handle and prepare food at assigned stations, under the guidance of the Executive Chef or Manager on Duty.

The role requires quick thinking, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety and quality. You’ll manage prep, plating, and post-shift duties in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth within ABV across multiple brands.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a prep/line cook.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and food safety.
